With the ignition ON and
the turn signal control
selector rotated to either
the 1st or 2nd position, or
the worklight rocker switch
in the ON position, all
lights remain OFF.

Check for battery voltage at
pin C, wire [BC1] (RED) on
power female connector.
Replace vehicle power
harness (644E-42) or ECM
vehicle power harness
(944E-42).

Check for battery voltage at
pin 25, wire [BC1A] (RED) on
F25 lights main fuse.

Replace light power relay
Check for battery voltage
across light power relay coil
pin 85, wire [LP1] (TAN).
Replace open cab harness.
Replace open cab harness.
Light power relay makes a
distinct clicking sound when
ignition switch is turned ON.

Check for battery voltage
at pin 22, on F22
headlights fuse.
Replace open cab harness.
If OK
Light power relay circuit okay.
Before troubleshooting any
electrical circuit, ALWAYS begin
by checking the following:
1. Fuses.
2. All connections relating to
circuit are clean and tight.
3. All grounding straps are intact
and securely fastened, refer to
Section 9.1.12, “General
Overview (Vehicle Ground
Strap Locations).”
